What is 'Vox Christi'?

Vox Christi is Latin for 'voice of Christ'. The idea of a seminarian journal was originally thought of over pizza and beer by a few Kenrick-Glennon seminarians who were concerned that so much of what they were learning at the seminary was not known or disseminated well enough into the public beyond. The title Vox Christi seemed to be a fitting name to call that idea.

You may have noticed that voxchristi.com has been down for the past few months. Unfortunately our previous server was taken offline and so all of voxchristi.com had to be moved to a new server host. Luckily it is now back online and running smoothly as before.

New features are continually being added to the website. If you have quesitons about your subscription please e-mail vox.christi@kenrick.edu for assistance. We are still publishing our quarterly journal and selling copies of our books.

Vox Christi is proud to announce another unique title by Fr. Randy Soto: Lectio Divina: Praying with the Word of God. This work is a guide to one of the most time-honored Christian traditions of prayer, the "divine reading" of Sacred Scripture. A two-part work in both English and Spanish, this work offers not only a step-by-step instruction on Lectio but also a theological background for the exercise and a guided worksheet to use while reading. Check it out today in our bookstore!
